某低品位石煤钒矿浮选预富集试验研究

摘要
为高效开发利用某低品位石煤钒矿,针对该V_2O_5品位为0.63%的低品位矾矿开展了详细的选矿试验研究。试验通过筛分、浮选等经典选矿方法使低品位石煤钒矿得以初步富集,得到的混合钒精矿V_2O_5品位为0.99%,总回收率为55.70%。将混合精矿再进行焙烧、浸出处理,该种选冶联合工艺可有效回收利用该低品位石煤钒矿,减少了后续酸耗,明显提高了提钒效率,降低了生产成本。
        To high efficiently develop and utilize a low grade stone coal vanadium ore, a detailed ore dressing experiment was carried out for the low grade vanadium ore with V_2O_5 grade of 0.63%. Through screening, flotation and other classic mineral processing methods, the low-grade stone coal vanadium ore can be preliminarily enriched, and the V_2O_5 grade is 0.99% in mixed vanadium concentrate, and the total recovery rate is 55.70%. By roasting and leaching the mixed concentrate, this combined process can effectively recover and utilize the low-grade stone coal vanadium ore, reduce the subsequent acid consumption, significantly improve the vanadium extraction efficiency and reduce the production cost.
