摘要
辽宁某金矿石中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿,脉石矿物主要为石英、长石和黑云母等。矿石中主要可回收元素为金、银,杂质元素砷含量较低。在磨矿细度-0.074mm含量97.9%,以碳酸钠为pH调整剂,丁基黄药和丁铵黑药为捕收剂条件下,对金品位1.70g/t,银品位15.34g/t的原矿进行浮选,获得精矿金品位95.53g/t,银品位836.0g/t,金回收率82.03%、银回收率79.57%的闭路流程试验指标。
        The main metal minerals in a certain gold ore from Liaoning was pyrite,the main gangue minerals were quartz,feldspar and biotite etc.The recoverable elements in the ore were gold and silver,The content of impurity arsenic was little.The index of gold grade of concentrate being 95.53g/t and the silver grade of concentrate being 836.0g/t,gold recovery being 82.03% and silver recovery being 78.57% has gotten by floating the ore of crude grade with gold and silver being 1.70g/t and 15.34g/t on the condition of grinding fineness being 97.9% of-0.074 mm and using sodium carbonate as pH adjustor,butyl xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as collector.
