摘要
以邻苯二甲酸酐、六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐、大豆油脂肪酸、苯甲酸、三羟甲基丙烷原料合成醇酸树脂,再将醇酸树脂作为大分子多元醇接入到聚氨酯中,制备的醇酸-聚氨酯分散体具有良好的耐水、耐乙醇、耐碱的性能,且涂膜具有较高的干燥速度和良好的硬度。
Alkyd resin was synthesized with raw materials of phthalic anhydride, hexahydro phthalic acid, soybean oil fatty acid, benzoic acid and trimethylolpropane, the alkyd resin as macromolecule polyhydric alcohol was added into polyurethane. The prepared alkyd-polyurethane dispersion had good water resistance, ethanol resistance and alkali resistance and the film had high drying rate and good hardness.
