油茶采穗圃早期高产栽培技术探讨

摘要
为筛选油茶良种采穗圃最适栽培密度,为油茶生产提供优质穗芽。调查设6种栽植株行距、在同一坡向的上坡、中坡、下坡设立样区进行调查。调查不同栽植密度的株行距与油茶良种采穗圃植株的早期生长状况、单位面积的有效穗芽和平均产值的影响。在油茶良种采穗圃的早期生长过程中,以定植株行距为100 cm×300 cm的最优,其平均树高、基径生长分别为200 cm和5.83 cm,显著高于其他5种定植株行距;其次是100 cm×120 cm、100 cm×150 cm、100 cm×200 cm的3种定植株行距的平均树高分别197 cm、193 cm、197 cm,平均基径分别为4.43 cm、4.33 cm、3.97 cm。从保存率和产穗芽量、产值分析看:以定植株行距为45 cm×45 cm的最优,其保存率为93.73%,平均每公顷有效穗芽、产值分别为9.98×106个和5.00×105元,显著高于其他5种定植株行距;其次是100 cm×120 cm、100 cm×150 cm的2种栽培密度,其保存率分别为89.9%、89.4%,平均每公顷有效穗芽、产值分别为5.15×106个、2.57×105元和5.36×106个、2.68×105元。
        Screening the optimum planting density of improved varieties cutting nursery in order to provide high quality panicle sprouting for Camellia oleifera production. This survey designed six treatment groups and repeated three times. Researching the influence of the different planting densities on early growth, effective panicle sprouting of the average yield per mu and the average output value of Camellia oleifera improved varieties cutting nursery. Analyzing from the height of tree and basal diameter in the early growth of Camellia oleifera improved varieties cutting nursery, the best density is 100 cm×300 cm, the average height of tree is 200 cm and average basal diameter is 5.83 cm, it is significantly higher than the other five methods, the next planting densities are 100 cm×120 cm, 100 cm×150 cm, 100 cm×200 cm, their average height tree and basal diameter respectively are 197 cm,4.43 cm, 193 cm, 4.33 cm and 197 cm, 3.97 cm. Analyzing from survival rate, the best density is 45 cm×45 cm, it is 93.73% and significantly higher than the other five methods, the other densities are 100 cm×120 cm, 100 cm×150 cm, their survival rate respectively are 89.9% and 89.4%. Finally, analyzing form amount of panicle sprouting and output value, the best density is also 45 cm×45 cm. Through this conduct, average amount of panicle sprouting is 9.98×106and average output value reach up to 5.00×105yuan per hectare,it is significantly higher than the other five treatments, the next planting densities are 100 cm×120 cm, 100 cm×150 cm, their average amount of panicle sprouting and average output value respectively are 5.15×106, 2.57×105yuan and 5.36×106, 2.68×105yuan per hectare.
