摘要
发酵技术是实践性很强的课程,本文以啤酒酿造为范例,分析了教学过程中的实际问题,应用情境教学法,在课程中突出主线,通过布置和实施项目任务,小组合作探究快速导入营造教学情境,将实践与理论相结合,深化理论知识的应用,在教学中获得良好效果。
Fermentation technology is a practical course. This article takes beer fermentation as an example and analyze the problems in the teaching. By the application of situation-teaching method,the main lines of the course is highlight. We achieved good effect in the teaching through the task distribution and group cooperation which combined theory and practice well.
