摘要
高压电机是设备高负荷稳定运转的重要保障,本文针对现场实际生产运行过程中高压电机故障频发的现象,从电机轴承降温装置和润滑系统两方面进行技术研究并推广应用,彻底解决设备事故造成的生产中断,使设备与工艺达到最佳匹配化,实现了大型设备连续、高满负荷运行,提高了台时效率,电单耗大幅降低。
        High voltage motor is an important guarantee for the stable operation of equipment under high load. In view of the frequent faults of high voltage motor in the actual production and operation process, this paper conducts technical research and popularization from two aspects of motor bearing cooling device and lubrication system, thoroughly resolves the production interruption caused by equipment accidents, makes the equipment and technology achieve the best matching, and realizes the continuity and high-speed of large-scale equipment. Full load operation improves the efficiency of the station and greatly reduces the unit power consumption.
