摘要

以新疆石河子垦区为例,通过对灌溉水有效利用系数测算分析,对今后在本地区实施水利工程运行管理,提高水资源利用效率,发展节水灌溉技术提供相应的理论依据。
        The calculation of the effective utilization coefficient uses the first-end analysis method, and the calculation results are reliable and accurate. The traditional calculation methods are time-consuming and laborious, the workload is large, and the calculation results are inaccurate. The Shihezi reclamation area of Xinjiang occupies an important position in Xinjiang, regardless of population, area of arable land and economy. Through the calculation and analysis of the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water, the management of water Conservancy projects in the future will be implemented in the area to improve the efficiency of water resources use. The development of water-saving irrigation technology provides corresponding theoretical basis.
