摘要
采用Abaqus有限元数值分析软件的"生死单元"技术建立了U75V钢轨闪光焊闪光过程三维有限元模型,计算了钢轨闪光焊闪光过程中钢轨温度场的分布情况。通过热电偶法进行测温试验,记录闪光焊过程中钢轨的实时温度分布,结果表明该模型计算结果与钢轨实际焊接测试温度场基本一致。在此基础上,研究了在不同烧化速度下钢轨温度场随烧化量和时间变化的分布规律,并提出了通过控制烧化速度控制塑性变形区宽度的方法,为闪光焊工艺调试指明了方向。
        The 3D finite element model of flash process of rail flash welding was built by using "birth and death unit" technology of Abaqus finite element numerical analysis software. The temperature field distribution of flash process of rail flash welding was obtained. Temperature measurement experiment was carried out by using the thermocouple. Real time temperature distribution of rail was recorded during flash welding. The experimental result proves the calculated results are basically consistent with the actual welding temperature field of rail. On this basis, the distribution laws of the temperature field of rail with the change of burning volume and time at different burning rates were studied, and the method of controlling the width of plastic deformation zone by controlling the burning rate is put forward, which points out the direction of debugging of flash welding process.
