摘要
目的:开发一种简单快速的近红外光谱无损检测方法,对安胎丸中六种质控指标成分的含量进行检测。方法:以安胎丸中的阿魏酸、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素、洋川芎内酯A的HPLC含量为实际值,匹配所测定的NIR光谱图,分别进行光谱预处理、最佳波段选择,结合偏最小二乘法分别建立六种质控指标成分的近红外定量分析模型,并对外部样本进行含量预测。结果:根据交叉验证的标准误差(SECV)选择最佳模型维数(LV),各校正模型的R2分别为0.9699、0.9518、0.9625、0.9450、0.9474、0.8599。外部验证结果中,相关系数R2均在0.90以上。结论:建立的定量模型预测效果良好,基于近红外光谱无损检测法是一种快速简便的测定安胎丸质控指标成分的方法。
Objective: A simple and fast near infrared spectroscopy was developed to have a nondestructive test of the content of 6 quality control index components in Antai pills. Methods: The HPLC values for the active ingredients content of ferulic acid, baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin, senkyunolide A in Antai pills were set as actual values, that match the measured NIR spectral figures, Each of the spectral was pre-processed and best band selected, to establish the quantitative analysis model of six quality control index components by the partial least squares. The content of external samples was predicted. Results: In accordance with the standard error of cross-validation(SECV)the best model dimension(LV) was selected. The correlation coefficient R2 values of the 6 models of ferulic acid, baicalin, wogonoside,baicalein, wogonin, senkyunolide A were 0.9699, 0.9518, 0.9625, 0.9450, 0.9474, and 0.8599. In the external validation results, the correlation coefficient R2 was above 0.90. Conclusion: The establishment of quantitative models predict effects are good,, and the detection method based on near-infrared spectroscopy is a fast and simple measurements of Antai pills of quality control method.
