摘要

汽车行业对工匠精神的诉求突出反映在对品质的追求上。赋予工匠精神以鲜明的时代特征,并将其融入高职院校汽车专业人才培养,是支撑汽车产业发展和经济社会健康运行的重要基础。工匠精神内涵、缄默式存在提供了培育路径的分析框架,工匠精神解读、工匠之师培养、教学模式创新、教学资源库平台设计构成了工匠精神融入高职院校汽车专业人才培养的四个维度。
        The appeal of craftsman's spirit for automobile industry is reflected in the pursuit of quality. It is the important foundation to support automobile industry development and healthy operation of economic society with the distinct features of craftsman's spirit blended into the talents cultivation of automobile speciality in higher vocational colleges. The connotation and the existence of craftsman's spirit provide analysis framework for cultivation paths. And the four aspects which blend into talents cultivation are the interpretation of craftsman's spirit, the experts' cultivation, the innovation of teaching modes, the design for teaching resources platform respectively.
