摘要

随着近年来国内城镇化进程不断加快,棕地修复在城市生态和环境保护中的重要性和可持续性日趋明显。南充通过园林绿化的方式修复棕地对于强化城市生态环境保护和巩固国家园林城市建设成果具有十分重要的意义,高度契合"公园城市"建设理念,这种方式既有效改善了城市开放空间和居住质量,又增加了可利用优良地块,从而为招商引资营造更优环境。同时,成功的棕地再生也需要政府各部门、非政府机构和棕地权属单位之间的密切合作。
        With the acceleration of urbanization in China in recent years, the importance and sustainability of brownfield restoration in urban ecology and environmental protection has become increasingly apparent. Nanchong's restoration of brownfield through landscaping is of great significance for strengthening urban ecological environment protection and consolidating the achievements of national garden cities,and is highly compatible with the concept of "park city" construction, which has effectively improved urban open space and quality of living and also increased the use of excellent land parcels to create a better environment for investment promotion. At the same time, successful brownfield regeneration also requires close cooperation between government departments, non-government agencies and brownfield tenure units.
