胸脊神经射频热凝治疗胸椎压缩骨折后肋间神经痛的临床观察

摘要
目的:探讨胸脊神经射频热凝治疗胸椎压缩骨折后肋间神经痛的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法在笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年6月收治的胸椎压缩骨折后肋间神经痛患者中纳入58例为对象,用单盲法将58例患者分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组患者采用常规方法治疗,而观察组患者采用胸脊神经射频热凝术治疗。结果:治疗前两组患者VAS评分、ODI指数、QOL评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后各时间段两组患者VAS评分、ODI指数均降低,QOL评分均升高,且观察组患者VAS评分、ODI指数低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸脊神经射频热凝治疗胸椎压缩骨折后肋间神经痛的临床效果明显,具有多方面应用优势。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation of thoracic spinal nerve on intercostal neuralgia after thoracic vertebral compression fracture.Method:A total of 58 patients with intercostal neuralgia after thoracic vertebral compression fracture in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled.The 58 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by single blind method,29 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine methods,while those in the observation group were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation of thoracic spinal nerve.Result:There was no significant difference in VAS score,ODI index and QOL score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and ODI index were decreased and the QOL score was increased in both groups,and the VAS score and ODI index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the QOL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency thermocoagulation of thoracic spinal nerve is effective in treating intercostal neuralgia after thoracic vertebral compression fracture,and has many advantages.
