乡村振兴战略下大学生返乡创业的经验凝练与能力提升——基于盱眙县旧铺镇“青年创客”的案例分析

摘要
党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略,这为大学生返乡创业提供了前所未有的发展机遇和制度红利,而大学生返乡创业又是实现乡村振兴战略目标的重要途径。当前大学生返乡创业过程中存在着部分大学生创业能力不足、返乡创业环境有待改善以及返乡创业政策不完善等现实问题。盱眙县旧铺镇"青年创客"采取多方开拓融资渠道、充分利用政策福利、发挥农民主体作用、联合多家经营主体等措施,走出了一条成功的大学生返乡创业之路,为其他大学生返乡创业提供了经验借鉴。在乡村振兴战略背景下,大学生返乡创业能力可以从大学生、高校、政府三个方面采取措施来加以提升。
The 19 th Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, which provides an unprecedented opportunity of development and institutional dividend for college students to return to their hometown, and the arrival of college students to entrepreneurship is an important way to achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization. Nowadays, there are various practical problems, such as the lack of entrepreneurial ability of college students, the desperate need to improve their entrepreneurial environment, and the imperfect policies of returning hometowns. The "young budding entrepreneurs" in Jiupu town, Xuyi county, took dispensable measures such as opening up financial channels, making full use of policy benefits, giving full play to the role of farmers, and combining multiple business entities, and carved out a successful way for college students to return home to start their own businesses, providing other college students with experiences to start their own businesses. Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, college students' ability to return home and start their own business can be improved from the three aspects of college students, colleges and the government.
