摘要
为验证新型化学合成物乙二酸二乙胺基乙醇酯柠檬酸盐(胺基乙醇酯)对不同种类植物所产生的生理学效应,采用浸种萌发法探究胺基乙醇酯对六种植物(高丹草,紫花苜蓿,紫云英,萝卜,毛豆,小麦)萌发过程中三项萌发相关指标(发芽率,发芽势,发芽指数)及幼苗期生长过程中的六项生理指标(总糖含量,根系活力,硝酸还原酶活性,超氧化物歧化酶活性,过氧化氢酶活性,氧自由基产生速率)所产生的影响。与市场上已大量存有及使用的具有一定同源性的生长调节剂己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯(DA-6)相比较,对相关植物产生的生理效应进行显著性比对分析。结果显示胺基乙醇酯在抑制氧自由基产生速率方面效果不是十分显著,对其余指标的效果方面胺基乙醇酯均优于现有的DA-6。
        To verify the plant physiology of the novel chemical composition diethylaminoethanol adipate citrate(Aminoethanol ester) on different plants, germination soaking method was used to explore the effect of aminoethanol ester on the three germination indicators(germination rate, germination potential, germination index) of six kinds of plants(Sorghum Hybrid Sudangrass, Medicago sativa L., Astragalus sinicus L., Raphanus sativus L.,Glycine max(Linn.) Merr., Triticum aestivum L.) during the germination period, and the six physiological indicators during the seedling stage(total sugar content, root activity, nitrate reductase activity, superoxide dismutase activity,catalase activity, oxygen radical production rate). Comparing with the existing and widely-used homologous growth regulator diethylaminoethanol ester(DA-6) in the market, the physiological effects of related plants were compared significantly. The results showed that the effect of aminoethanol esters in inhibiting the production rate of oxygen free radicals was not very significant, and the effect of aminoethanol esters on the remaining indicators was better than that of the existing DA-6.
