新时期高校毕业生就业转型探析与“三维”工作建设

摘要
新时期下的高校毕业生较之以往在思想观念、择业目标和就业心态等方面有着较大转变,通过以学院毕业生为数据样本进行客观分析,结合近两年的高校毕业生整体就业情况,针对高校毕业生的转型现象进行探析;同时,高校就业工作者作为毕业生就业工作的中坚力量,开展因势而谋,应势而动,顺势而为的就业工作迫在眉睫。把握当前就业工作的规律,以三个维度为基本点,建设高效高质量的就业工作。
In 2019, the number of college graduates nationwide will reach 8.34 million, and employment will usher in new difficulties and challenges. Compared with the past, college graduates in the new era have made great changes in their ideological concepts, career choices and employment mentality.
