摘要
采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,缩写CFD)方法,建立了选择性催化还原(Selective Catalyst Reduction,缩写SCR)脱硝反应器及进出口烟道模型,对4种不同结构型式的烟道内烟气流动及NH3分布进行了数值模拟研究。计算得到了脱硝反应器进出口烟道烟气流动及NH3浓度分布的详细信息,揭示了不同内构件对烟道烟气分布及NH3分布均匀性的影响规律。通过CFD数值模拟计算比较,提出了优选的烟道内构件设计方案,并在工程设计中采用,标定结果表明:烟道结构优化的SCR系统性能指标完全满足标准要求。
        CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)method was adopted to build the model of SCR DeNOx reactor and entrance flue of SCR.Numerical simulation study was carried out for the flue gas flow and NH3 distribution with four different flue gas ducts.Detailed information about the flue gas flow field and NH3 concentration distribution was obtained from the calculation.The effects of different internals on the distribution of flue gas in the flue gas duct and uniformity of ammonia distribution in the flue were revealed.Through the comparison and calculation of CFD numerical simulation,the optimized internals were achieved and adopted in the engineering design.The calibration results showed that the performance of the optimized SCR system met the standard requirements.
