摘要
针对密封与方向的问题,以及对狭小空间,密封和指向性强的工况需求,开展了实践验证和创新设计,分析了精密制造过程中存在的制造难度高、互换性差、通用性弱的问题,针对弯头的整体结构、密封方式、二次连接方式等采取了新的设计方案,经现场验证,实效明显。
For the problems of sealing and direction, aiming at the working conditions of narrow space, high sealing requirements and strong directivity, practical verification and innovative design are carried out in this paper. To further solve the problems of high manufacturing difficulty, poor interchangeability and weak versatility in precision manufacturing mode, a new design scheme is adopted, which is verified on the spot and the effect is obvious.
