摘要
了解2016年度云南省哨点医院标本流感病毒的流行情况及其血凝素基因分子特征。对哨点医院采集的22 514份标本使用real-time RT-PCR方法筛选阳性,MDCK细胞进行病毒分离,SPSS软件进行统计分析。选取其中各亚型流感病毒共43株进行基因测序,使用MEGA5.0软件分析其血凝素基因特征。2016年共检出阳性标本1 310份(阳性率为5.82%),全年有两个流行高峰。甲型H1N1亚型流感病毒属于6B.2和6B.1分支;H3亚型流感病毒主要为3C.2a分支;Bv型流感病毒为1A和1B支系,By型则均属于Yamagata 3支系。部分毒株发生糖基化位点数量改变。2016年云南省流感病毒主要以Bv亚型为主,By、H3与甲型H1N1共流行的流行特点。各亚型流感病毒HA基因未发生明显变异,疫苗株仍具有保护作用。应继续加强流感监测,控制流感流行风险。
        To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of influenza viruses and their hemagglutinin(HA)genes in Yunnan Province,China,2016.A total of 22,514 specimens,were collected from the sentinel hospitals in Yunnan Province,in 2016.Positive samples were verified using real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.Virus isolation was performed with MDCK cells.Forty-three strains of influenza viruses strains were selected randomly and sequenced.The characteristics of HA genes were analyzed by MEGA5.0.A total of 1,310 positive samples were detected in 2016,with two epidemic peaks throughout the year;the positive rate was 5.82%.A(H1 N1)pdm09 divided into 6 B.2 and 6 B.1 subclades.Most H3 influenza viruses belonged to the 3 C.2 asubclade.All By strains were Yamagata 3 clade,wheras Bv strains were classified as 1 Aand 1 Bsubclades.The number of glycosylation sites changed in some strains.In 2016,there were two peaks in Yunnan Province of China,mainly caused by Bv subtype,as well as By,H3 and A(H1 N1)pdm virus.There was no obvious variation in HA genes of each subtype of influenza virus.Vaccine strain still maintained protective effect.Influenza surveillance should be strengthened to control the risk of influenza pandemic.
