高校实践育人模式的构建与应用——以“全国农科学子联合实践行动”为例

摘要
伴随高等教育规模扩张与人才培养模式的多元化发展,实践育人模式的构建与创新引起各界广泛关注。在此背景下,文章基于对实践育人的理论探讨,构建集育人目标、实践形式、平台建设以及组织保障为一体的高校实践育人长效机制。并在此基础上,着重以"全国农科学子联合实践行动"为案例,分析其总体架构与创新性实践措施,为高校实践育人工作开展提供借鉴。
With the enrollment expansion of higher education and the diversified development of talent cultivation, the construction and innovation of practice education mode has aroused widespread attention. In this context, based on the theoretical discussion about practice education, the research is devoted to constructing a long-term mechanism integrating educational objectives, practice modes, platform construction and organizational guarantee. Taking the "National Joint Practical Action of Agricultural Students" as a study case, the research focuses on analyzing its structure and innovative measures, and providing suggestions for practice education in universities.
