慢性心衰患者心脏超声诊断分析

摘要
目的:为促进超声在慢性心衰患者心脏诊断中的应用,分析其诊断价值。方法:我院超声科于2017年3月至2019年3月共对120例慢性心衰患者进行诊断,并将这120例患者分为对照组和观察组,各60例。给与这两组患者临床上均行心脏超声诊断以及监测脑钠肽水平进行诊断,观察检测结果并进行比较。结果:(1)两组患者超声指数比较:观察组LVDD、LAD指数都要明显高于对照组,而LEVF要明显低于对照组,P<0.05;(2)LVEF与BNP以及心功能分级之间的相关性:通过对LVEF与BNP进行Pearson相关分析结果所得,LVEF与BNP呈负相关的趋势;同时进行了LVEF与心功能分级进行Sperman相关分析结果所得,LVEF与心功能分级呈负相关的趋势,而其他的超声参数与心功能分级呈正相关的趋势。结论:临床应用心脏超声对慢性心衰患者进行检测,可以得出较为准确的诊断,为临床诊断慢性心衰患者作为依据。
Objective To promote the application of echocardiography in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure,and to analyze its diagnostic value.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,120 patients with chronic heart failure were diagnosed by ultrasound department of our hospital.The 120 patients were divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.Cardiac ultrasound diagnosis and monitoring of brain natriuretic peptide levels were performed in both groups,and the results were observed and compared.Results(1)Compared with the control group,the LVDD and LAD indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the LEVF was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);(2)The correlation between LVEF and BNP and cardiac function grading:Pearson correlation analysis of LVEF and BNP showed that there was a negative correlation between LVEF and BNP;and Sperman grading of LVEF and cardiac function was also carried out Relevant analysis results showed that LVEF was negatively correlated with cardiac function grading,while other ultrasound parameters were positively correlated with cardiac function grading.Conclusion Clinical application of echocardiography in the detection of chronic heart failure patients can obtain more accurate diagnosis,which is the basis for clinical diagnosis of chronic heart failure patients.
