摘要
为了实现电网负荷预测工作的一体化,提升供电公司负荷预测工作的管理水平,做出准确的负荷预测结果,提出考虑地区气象主导影响因素短期负荷预测系统。该系统提高了工作效率和工作水平,为电网负荷预测工作以及后续节能减排发电调度计划制定提供基础和保障。
In order to achieve the goal of the integration of power load forecasting, improve the management level of load forecasting work of Lin Hai, and to make load forecasting results more accurate, this paper propose a short-term load forecasting system which consider the regional meteorological factors. The system will improve the efficiency and the working level of power load forecasting and will also provide the foundation and guarantee for power load forecasting and the subsequent energy saving generation dispatching program.
