光阑误差对平面环形谐振腔损耗的影响分析

摘要
为了研究平面环形腔光阑误差对腔损耗的影响,利用Fox-li数值迭代法通过GLAD光学仿真软件对平面环形腔进行建模,仿真计算了平面环形腔中椭圆光阑的尺寸和中心位置偏移误差分别在短轴和长轴方向上对腔损耗产生的影响。结果表明:在满足基横模运行条件下光阑尺寸越小、中心位置越偏离原点,损耗越大,变化越快。在0.03 mm的误差范围内,误差为负值时尺寸误差引起的损耗变化总是大于中心位置偏移所引起的损耗变化;短轴方向的误差所引起的损耗变化总是大于长轴方向上误差引起的损耗变化。
        In order to study the influence of the aperture error on the cavity loss,the Fox-Li algorithm is used to model the planar annular cavity by using general laser analysis and design(GLAD). The influence of the size and center offset error of the elliptical diaphragm on the cavity loss is simulated. The result shows that the smaller the aperture size and the greater the deviant is,the greater the loss and the faster the change. Within the error range of 0.03 mm,when the error is negative,the loss change caused by the size error is greater than that caused by the deviation of the central position. The loss change caused by the error in the short axis is greater than that caused by the error in the long axis.
