国际交流合作背景下高职酒店管理专业人才培养模式探究

摘要
国际合作办学作为高职教育一种新的发展趋势,有利于推进高职院校国际化发展进程。酒店管理专业作为一个国际化、专业化发展较强的专业,在国际交流合作办学中有较强的优势。分析阐述了高等教育国际交流合作办学的研究现状,在此基础上结合酒店管理专业发展现状,提出了国际交流合作背景下高职酒店管理专业人才培养模式改革的具体思路和做法。
As a new development trend of higher vocational education, international cooperation in running schools is conducive to promoting the international development of higher vocational colleges. As a professional internationalization and professional development, the hotel management profession has strong advantages in international exchange and cooperation. This paper analyzes the research status of international exchanges and cooperation in higher education, and on the basis of the development status of hotel management, puts forward the specific ideas and practices of the reform of the training model of higher vocational hotel management professionals in the context of international exchanges and cooperation.
