摘要

在己二酸工业生产过程中,采用结晶方法提纯己二酸。论文以实际生产中精己二酸多级闪蒸真空结晶器(Standard Messo结晶器)为研究对象,讨论影响结晶质量的各种因素,如温度、晶种数量等,确定了利用介稳区宽度调整参数的方法,为改进结晶器操作提供依据。
        During the industrial process, people have already purified the adipic acid by crystallization. This paper is based on the research of a multi-stage crystallization machine(Standard Messo Crystallizer), which is used in industrial production of adipic acid. The paper discusses many factors which could affect the crystallization quality, such as temperature, crystallization quantity and so on. By theoretical analysis, the paper finally determines the method of adjusting parameters with metastable zone width and provides some bases for improving crystallizer operation.
