摘要
探讨高密涤棉混纺织物用纱无PVA上浆的工艺实践。采用对涤棉纱有优异黏附性能的木薯醋酸酯淀粉QUELLAX~? 130HAP和聚丙烯酸酯浆料取代原配方中的PVA,对比测试原配方和无PVA浆料配方的浆纱性能、织造情况、生物降解性和退浆性能。结果表明:无PVA浆料配方所得浆纱的增强率、减伸率、增磨率和毛羽降低率均接近于原配方,织机效率达到95.7%,木薯醋酸酯淀粉QUELLAX~? 130HAP的BOD_5/COD_(Cr)大于0.30,易于降解,织物退浆等级达到7级~8级,退浆效果良好。认为:无PVA浆料能满足高密涤棉织物浆纱织造需求。
        The practice of the sizing process without PVA for high-density polyester cotton fabric was discussed.The cassava starch acetate starch QUELLAX~?130 HAP and polyacrylate size mixture with excellent adhesion on polyester cotton yarn were adopted to replace PVA in the original formula.The sizing property,weaving condition,biological degradability and resizing property of original formula and size formula without PVA were compared and tested.The test results showed that the strength enhancing percentage,elongation decrease rate,friction increase rate and hairiness decrease rate of the sized yarn with the size formula without PVA were all close to those of original formula.The loom efficiency was reached up to 95.7%.The BOD_5/COD_(Cr )of cassava starch acetate starch QUELLAX~?130 HAP was larger than 0.30.It was easier to be degraded.The fabric desizing grade was reached up to 7 level ~ 8 level.The desizing effect was better.It is considered that the size mixture without PVA can meet the weaving requirement of high-density polyester cotton blended fabric sizing.
