摘要
针对报废汽车拆解线设计了一种基于PLC的远程监控系统,以组态软件对其系统拆解过程进行监视,并加入GPRS无线通讯模块实现了远程控制和监视。该GPRS无线通讯模块通过数据流量的方式实现数据的传输,通过串口和PLC连接。论述了系统的控制过程和方法,组态软件的监控功能以及无线通讯模块的配置方法。通过系统的构建和拆解线的现场调试,可以实现设计功能并稳定运行。
        Aiming at the ELV disassembly line,a remote monitoring system based on PLC and configuration software was designed to control and monitor the system disassembly process,and the GPRS wireless communication module was joined to realize remote control and Monitoring.The GPRS wireless communication module realizes data transmission by means of data traffic,and connected with PLC through serial port.The control process and method of the system,the monitoring function of the configuration software and the configuration method of the wireless communication module were elaborated in detail.Through the system construction and on-site debugging of the disassembly line,the design function and stable operation can be realized.
