摘要
目的:探讨中医药治疗结直肠息肉的组方用药规律,为中药治疗结直肠息肉的临床及科研提供新思路。方法:全面收集国内期刊公开发表的、具有一定临床疗效的、治疗结直肠息肉的中药处方,对最后筛选所得的39个医案中的方药进行信息提取并建立数据库,借助SPSS Modeler 14.1平台,对高频药物进行用药组方规律分析。结果:总计纳入39篇文献,63个中药处方,共使用药物132味,药物使用总频率为556,高频药物(频数大于10)为乌梅、甘草、僵蚕、白术、茯苓、党参、黄芪、赤芍等17味。经聚类分析、关联分析,得到强关联药对3组,推测具有潜在关联规则的药物为乌梅及僵蚕、乌梅、僵蚕及穿山甲等5条,且几乎所有相关配伍中均有乌梅。结论:中药汤剂治疗结直肠息肉的核心药物为乌梅,核心药对为乌梅配伍僵蚕。
        Objective: To analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of colorectal polyps by data-mining and provide new ideas for treating colorectal polyps. Methods: Formulae for the treatment of colorectal polyps,with a certain clinical curative effect and published in domestic periodicals,were collected comprehensively. After screening,we have got 39 formulae and then extracted some information from formulae and established the database. Medication rules between high-frequency medicines was analyzed by SPSS Modeler 14. 1. Results: The study has enrolled 39 pieces of literature and 63 Chinese medicine prescriptions,132 drugs. The total drug use frequency was 556. High-frequency medicines(frequency greater than 10) included17 drugs(dark plum,liquorice,bpmbyx batryticatus,atractylodes,poria cocos,lanceolata,astragalus,red peony root,etc). By cluster analysis and correlation analysis,the three groups' strong correlation has been gotten. We hypothesized that there are five potential association rules of drugs,including plum,batryticated silkworm,ebony,batryticated silkworm,pangolin scales,etc. Conclusion: The core of traditional chinese medicine in treatment of colorectal polyps drugs is dark plum and core medicine pair is dark plu-bpmbyx batryticatus.
