中医与禅宗调心方法的比较

摘要
中医学与禅宗对心的理解有各自的理论,中医学调心方法有中药与方剂、针灸、导引、以情制胜、音乐疗法、祝由法,禅宗学调心方法有禅定、对机锋、棒喝。调心不仅是中医学在相关疾病治疗与日常养生中非常重要的概念,也是禅宗学修行中置于首位的法门。梳理中医与禅宗相关调心的方法,以期对研究情志病治疗和丰富中医调心理论有所裨益。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and Zen understand the heart with different theories. The regulating heart methods of traditional Chinese Medicine include Chinese medicines and prescriptions,acupuncture and moxibustion,doyin(guide and pull exercises),emotional therapy,music therapy and prayer. The regulating heart methods of Zen include meditation,agile asking and answering,a blow and shout to waken one from error. Regulating heart is not only a very important concept of TCM in the treatment of diseases and daily health cultivation,but also the most important method in the practice of Zen. The methods of regulating heart of TCM and Zen were summarized to benefit the research of treatment of emotional diseases and the enrichment of regulating heart theory in TCM.
