医护一体化工作模式在电子医嘱流程优化管理中的应用效果

摘要
探讨医护一体化工作模式在电子医嘱流程优化管理中的应用效果。从2016年3月起,科室将医护一体化工作模式应用于电子医嘱流程优化管理中,通过一系列管理措施的实施与改进,引起了医护人员对电子医嘱的重视,提高了医护人员的工作责任心,保证了电子医嘱的准确性和时效性,有效降低了医嘱环节的错误率,既保障了患者安全,又保护了医护人员的权益,此工作模式在临床医疗过程中取得了良好效果。
To explore the application effect of medical integration working mode in electronic medical order process optimization management.
