摘要
医院托管是公立医院改革的一种重要形式,此举将有限的医疗资源在设备、场地等硬件方面整合,在人员、技术等软件方面资源共享下沉,为基层医院发展开辟蹊径。该文以北京市某三级医院托管区域内一级医疗机构为切入口,介绍托管做法与成效,并分析托管过程中出现的问题以及由此引发的深层次思考,旨在为托管医院的管理提供借鉴与启示。
Hospital trusteeship is an important form of public hospital reform, which integrates limited medical resources in equipment, venues and other hardware, and shares resources in personnel, technology and other software, opening up a new path for the development of grass-roots hospitals. This paper introduces the practice and effect of trusteeship in a tertiary hospital trusteeship area in Beijing, and analyzes the problems in the process of trusteeship and the deep-seated thinking caused by it, in order to provide reference and inspiration for the management of trusteeship hospitals.
