摘要
重庆市某羊场发生了急性热性传染病,通过对发病羊只进行采样并对其进行分子生物学诊断,病理组织H.E.染色观察;通过PCR扩增检测出羊痘特异基因P32为阴性,羊口疮特异性基因B2L为阳性,经测序基因比对确诊为羊口疮;病变组织观察发现在肝、肺、舌组织中炎性细胞浸润,并在组织间隙中发现大量嗜酸性病毒颗粒,肝脏、舌组织部分细胞破裂,肺脏出现增生现象。
        A serious orf transmitted in a goat factory in Chongqing,and the epidemic was controlled by emergency immunization and treatment.The orf infection was determined by PCR and sequencing test between the capripox virus specific gene P32 and the orf virus gene B2 L after isolation.Inflammatory cell infiltration and large of eosinophilic bodies were found in the liver,lung and tongue tissues by HE staining of the epidemic samples.
