摘要
针对缸体压铸模生产过程中缸套卡滞问题进行分析,通过对缸套、缸套柱制造精度及配合间隙等数据进行分析、研讨,并对压铸件变形情况进行检测,明确缸套卡滞问题原因,制定相应对策,保证缸体压铸模连续生产,提高生产效率。
        This paper will have an analysis of cylinder liner being locked in the cylinder liner pillar in the course of die-casting die of cylinder block manufacturing, analyzing and discussing the data of cylinder liner and its pillar about their precision and tolerance clearance. This paper also has a detailed introduction to the detection results of products deformation. Through the approaches above, this paper will explicate the concrete reasons for the stuck issue and take corresponding measurements. By doing these, die-casting die of cylinder block can be manufactured smoothly to promote the production efficiency.
