摘要
【目的】明确赤霉素与叶面钾肥混施对促进烤烟上部叶生长和质量影响的协同机制,为烤烟提质增效及特色优质烟叶开发提供科学依据。【方法】以喷施清水为对照(CK),设喷施赤霉素(GA)、3种单质叶面钾肥(K1、K2、K3)及赤霉素与3种单质叶面钾肥混施(GAK1、GAK2、GAK3)处理,对比分析不同处理烤烟上部叶生长情况、烟叶产量及内在化学成分变化,并进行不同处理对烤烟上部叶生长、产量和品质影响的综合评价。【结果】打顶期喷施赤霉素、叶面钾肥及二者混施均能在一定程度上促进烤烟上部叶生长和烟叶产量、质量的提高,以GAK3处理的效果最优,其上部平均叶面积和叶重分别增加33.47%和22.94%,上等烟产量、总产量、总产值分别增加32.37%、10.71%和19.80%,内在化学成分最协调;其次为GA、GAK1和GAK2处理;而K1、K2和K3处理的促进作用相对较小。【结论】赤霉素与无机态叶面钾肥混施可协同促进烤烟上部叶生长、增产和提质,而与有机叶面钾肥联用在促进烤烟上部叶生长方面存在一定的拮抗作用。
        【Objective】Cooperation mechanism of mix application of gibberellin(GA)and potash foliage fertilizer on promoting the growth of tobacco upper leaves and tobacco quality was illuminated to provide reference for improving tobacco quality and developing featured tobaccos.【Method】Spraying GA,three simple substance potash foliage fertilizers(K1,K2 and K3)and mix application of GA and the three simple substance potash foliage fertilizers(GAK1,GAK2 and GAK3)were set as treatments,and spraying clear water was control. Growth of upper leaves,tobacco yield and variation of chemical components in different treatments were studied,and effects of each treatment on growth,yield and quality of tobacco upper leaves were evaluated.【Result】Spraying GA,potash foliage fertilizers and mix application at topping stage could improve the growth,yield,and quality of tobacco upper leaves. Especially in GAK3 treatment,average leaf area and dry weight of upper leaves increased by 33.47% and 22.94% respectively,superior tobacco yield,total yield and output value increased by 32.37%,10.71% and 19.80% respectively,and chemical components were the coordinating. The effects of GA,GAK1 and GAK2 were the second,while K1,K2 and K3 were the least effective at promoting tobacco upper leaves growth.【Conclusions】Combined application of GA3 and inorganic potash foliage fertilizers synergeticly promotes the growth,yield,and quality of tobacco upper leaves,and potash foliage fertilizers present antagonism in promoting growth of tobacco upper leaves.
