摘要
为研究气候和土壤对烟叶腺毛分泌物主成分含量的影响,在贵州3个烟叶产地互换土壤,采用两因素方差分析、灰色关联以及相关分析方法,量化气候、土壤及其互作对烟叶腺毛分泌物主成分含量的贡献率,揭示关键因子。结果表明:对烟叶西柏烷、松香油以及β-西柏三烯二醇含量,气候效应达极显著水平,贡献率大于土壤;对烟叶茄酮、降茄二酮以及α-西柏三烯二醇含量,气候效应显著,贡献率大于土壤;对烟叶松香油含量,土壤效应显著;气候、土壤及其互作对烟叶腺毛分泌物总量变异贡献率分别为90.22%、4.19%和5.59%;影响烟叶腺毛分泌物各主成分含量及总量的关键气候因子为旺长期降雨量、旺长期日照时数和大田全生育期降雨量,三者间互为正相关关系。
        In three tobacco planting areas of Guizhou,measures of exchanging soil was taken to study the effects of soil,climate and their interaction on major components content of trichome exudate in tobacco leaves by means of two factors variance analysis,grey correlation analysis and correlation analysis.The results showed that the effects of climate on content of cembrenoid,retinol and β-cembratriene-diol in tobacco leaves reached very significant level,climate had higher contribution rate compared with soil.Effects of climate on content of solanone,solandione and α-cembratriene-diol in tobacco leaves reached significant level,climate had higher contribution rate compared with soil.The contribution of climate,soil and their interaction to trichome exudate content in tobacco leaves was 90.22%,4.19% and 5.59% respectively.The rainfall and sunshine at vigorous growth stage,the rainfall during the whole growth period were the top three climate factors affecting major components content of trichome exudate in tobacco leaves.The rainfall and sunshine at vigorous growth stage,the rainfall during the whole growth period positively correlated with major components content of trichome exudate in tobacco leaves.
