无人机产业创新平台构建及运行机制研究

摘要
无人机产业是中国航空领域未来重点发展的方向之一。在梳理无人机产业发展现状基础上,运用模块化思维构建无人机产业创新平台,提出由核心创新、智力支撑、市场导向和服务监管四大模块构成的系统结构,进而得到由研发功能、市场功能、牵引功能组成的功能结构,并提出无人机产业创新平台的建设途径和运行机制。
The Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)industry is one of the crucial fields of future development of China.On the basis of summarizing the development status,an industrial innovation platform for UAVs industry is constructed with modular thought,which includes four modules of core innovation,intellectual support,market orientation and service supervision.Then a functional structure which composed of R&D function,market function,and traction function come up.Furthermore,UAV industry innovation platform construction paths and operational mechanisms has been studied.
