摘要
随着"一带一路"倡议在巴基斯坦的实质性推进,其重要战略位置更加凸显。"一带一路"倡议的落地生根离不开两国在高等教育领域的密切合作。因此,两国高校应承担起为践行"一带一路"倡议培养人才的使命。2017年5月巴基斯坦高等教育委员会发布了《巴基斯坦高等教育2025愿景》,确立了三级大学分类发展模式、强化教师队伍建设、重视工程技术人才培养、注重提升大学知名度等主要目标。中国高校需要在既有的中巴友好关系基础上,搭建高校间交流平台、注重国际化人才培养、开展援助项目对接、联合培养工程技术人才、积极开展跨境合作办学等,以实现在《巴基斯坦高等教育2025愿景》的实施中达成共同发展的目标。
        The foundation of " the Belt and Road " initiative can not be separated from the close cooperation between the two countries in the field of higher education. Therefore, colleges and universities in the two countries should undertake the mission of training talents for the implementation of the "the Belt and Road" Initiative. In May2017, the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan issued the Vision 2025 of Higher Education in Pakistan, which established the development model of tertiary universities, strengthened the construction of teaching staff, attached importance to the training of engineering and technical personnel, focused on improving university popularity and other major goals.On the basis of the existing friendly relations between China and Pakistan, Chinese universities need to set up a platform for exchanges among universities, attach importance to international personnel training,carry out aid projects docking, jointly work on training engineers and technicians and actively carrying out crossborder cooperation in running schools.
