摘要
实际应用中,直通式自动控制球阀执行机构的输出力矩会影响阀芯启闭过程。为了保证启闭过程的顺畅,计算流体介质对自动控制球阀的动水力矩很重要。利用Fluent软件对无锡智能自控工程股份有限公司的R1系列直通式自动控制球阀进行数值计算,获得动水力矩变化规律,并总结出动水力矩系数变化规律,为该类阀的选型和力矩曲线优化提供重要依据。
In practical application,the actuator output torque of the straight-through auto-control ball valve affects the valve element's open and close operation. In order to ensure smoothness of both open and close operation,calculating the ball valve's hydrodynamic torque becomes important. In this paper,making use of Fluent software to numerically calculate R1 series of straight-through auto-control ball valves was carried out to obtain the change rule of both hydrodynamic torque and its torque coefficient so as to provide an important basis for the optimization of torque curve and ball valves' selection.
