摘要
依托茂名市水东湾大桥项目,针对爬架体系中爬模系统需具备适应塔柱空间曲线变化的能力、各区爬架需具备姿态调整能力,并需保证塔柱线形及外观等施工难点,考虑斜拉桥主塔爬架体系适应性、主要性能、技术参数后计算分析爬架系统,对爬架体系进行优化设计研究。考虑塔柱截面变化规律、适应性、模板周转、特殊连接及控制测量后设计模板体系,解决爬模体系在空间曲线异形塔柱中的适用性难题。通过该工法,不仅保证模板强度和刚度,又保证塔柱线形及外观,经济高效。
        Based on the Shuidongwan Bridge project in Maoming,the creeping system should have the ability to adapt to the tower column space curve change,the creeping in each area should have the attitude adjustment ability,and the construction difficulties such as the alignment and appearance of the tower column should be guaranteed. After considering the adaptability,main performance and technical parameters of the main tower creeping formwork system of cable-stayed bridge,the creeping formwork system is calculated and analyzed,and the optimal design of the creeping formwork is studied. Then after considering the changing rule of column section,adaptability,formwork turnover,special connection and control measurement,the formwork system is designed to solve the applicability problem of creeping formwork system in special-shaped column with space curve. Through the method,it not only guarantees the strength and stiffness of the formwork,but also guarantees the alignment and appearance of the tower column,which is economical and efficient.
