摘要
概述了参数化设计的特点,分析了面向装配的参数化设计中的数据关联关系与自顶向下参数化建模,进一步研究了基于知识驱动的产品装配设计以及CATIA参数化建模功能与知识工程模块,最后结合典型的汽车覆盖件门板冲模模架实例,探讨了基于CATIA平台与CAA二次开发的三维装配体参数化设计与BOM表生成的工程实现方法。
The characteristics of parametric design were summarized.The data association and top-down parametric modeling in assembly-oriented parametric design were analyzed.The product assembly design based on knowledge-driven and the parametric modeling/knowledge engineering module on CATIA were further studied.Finally,combined with the typical example of die frame for car door panels,the engineering design method of 3 D parameterization and BOM generation based on CATIA platform and CAA secondary development were discussed.
