摘要
基于装配体基本信息,建立干涉矩阵、联接矩阵表达零件间联系。根据干涉矩阵实时判断当前操作是否影响后续零件装配以确保几何可行性,建立被连接件优先原则保证被连接件装配优先于紧固件,以高稳定性及较少的重定向次数作为优化目标函数,采用蚁群算法生成优化装配序列。最后用模具装配序列规划实例验证了该方法的可行性。
        Interference matrix and connectivity matrix was established to represent relationships between die parts based on assembly information.Assembly geometry feasibility was guaranteed by choosing parts that would not result in consequent assembly interaction.Connected parts were forced to be assembled prior to fasteners.High stability and fewer redirection times were established as the optimization goal and ant colony algorithm was applied to generate an optimized assembly sequence.Finally,a die assembly example verified the proposed method.
