摘要

广宁县村村通自来水工程建设战线长、点分散、涉水基础处理技术要求苛刻等对工程质量监督工作带来了严重考验。由此,广宁县提出"监督、检查、帮助、促进"的质量监督原则,优化工程项目划分,探索聘请水利工程"民间质量监督员""质量监督警长"的质量监督工作新机制,以做好村村通自来水工程质量监督工作。
        The long battlefront, scattered points and harsh technical requirements of water-related foundation treatment in the construction of water supply projects in villages and villages of Guangning County have brought serious challenges to the quality supervision of projects. Therefore, Guangning County put forward the quality supervision principle of "supervision, inspection, help and promotion", optimized the division of Engineering projects, explored a new quality supervision mechanism of hiring "non-governmental quality supervisors" and "quality supervision police chiefs" of water conservancy projects, in order to do a good job of quality supervision of village water supply projects.
