旧志所见中国古代地方传说的流变——以安徽芜湖灵泽夫人庙为例

摘要
中国之地方神祇往往与历史人物有所关联,本文试图考察其中之一:蟂矶孙夫人庙。孙夫人庙,又名灵泽夫人庙,地方志中记载其乃为祭祀蜀汉昭烈帝刘备的孙夫人。然而通过对历史文献的考察,孙夫人传说的出现实际上不早于明代。实际上,灵泽夫人源于当地历史上的黑龙神信仰,直至明初对于地方淫祠的禁令和《三国演义》的流传才导致了其摆脱了原始的动物神形象,转而为对于忠义精神膜拜的殿堂。
The origins of local Chinese gods are often connected to historical figures.This article attempts to explore the origin of one of them:the Temple of Lady Sun from Xiaoji.Temple of Lady Sun is also known as Lady Lingze Temple.According to local chronicles,it was originally built to worship Lady Sun,wife of Liu Bei,King Zhaolie of the Kingdom Shu of Han Dynasty.However,a further study of historical documents reveals that the legend of Lady Sun originated no earlier than the Ming Dynasty.In fact,Lady Lingze originated from the local faith in the Black Dragon God.In the early Ming Dynasty,due to the ban on unofficial temples and the popularity of The Romance of the Three Kingdoms,what was originally an animal god evolved into a figure of loyalty and patriotism.
