摘要
目的探讨新型健康教育的模式构建以及对炎症性肠病患者自我管理的影响。方法选择于2016年5月-2017年5月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院消化内科住院的炎症性肠病患者80例,按随机数字表法分为干预组40例和对照组40例,对照组运用以护士为主体的传统健康教育,干预组患者运用多元化、个体化、延续化医护合作式健康教育,采用炎症性肠病患者自我管理技能量表比较两组患者干预前后的自我管理技能水平。结果两组患者干预前自我管理技能的5个维度评分和总分均无统计学差异(P>0.05),干预后干预组在出院前2~3天及随访6个月自我管理技能的5个维度评分和总分均越来越高,■值/F值分别为78.05、78.15、79.51、75.31、78.16、6 430.87,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预组自我管理技能的各个维度评分和总分高于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型健康教育能提高患者自我管理技能水平,利于疾病康复。
        Objective To explore the model construction of new health education and its impact on self-management of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with inflammatory bowel disease were recruited from May 2016 to May 2017 in Digest Department of the First Affiliated Hospital,Anhui Medical University,and patients were divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number 40 cases each.The control group were given traditional health education mainly by nurses,and the intervention group patients were given diversified,individual and continuous medical cooperative health education.The self-management skills of the two groups were compared by self-management skills scale for patients with inflammatory bowel disease before and after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in scores of five dimensions and a total score of self-management skills between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of five dimensions and the total score of self-management skills in the intervention group were higher at 2-3 days before discharge and 6 months after follow-up,and the value of■/F were 78.05,78.15,79.51,75.31,78.16,and 6430.87,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the dimensions and total scores of self-management skills in the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new type of health education will enhance the level of patient′s self-management skills and will be favorable for disease recovery.
