湖北省宜昌市三烟生产现状与发展探讨

摘要
宜昌作为全国唯一的三烟并存的产区,是湖北省打造全国战略性优质烟叶基地重点规划的产区之一,是湖北中烟、上烟集团、江西中烟等工业企业主料烟供应基地。在概述宜昌烟叶产业发展现状的基础上,通过与津巴布韦气候、烟叶质量的对比阐述了宜昌烤烟产业的发展优势。同时对影响宜昌烟草产业健康发展的因素进行了分析,提出了加强科技人才队伍建设,优化烤烟产业布局,抓好基础设施建设,重视科研创新和改进技术,全面推进精益生产的产业发展对策。
Yichang is the only tobacco producing area which has flue-cured tobacco,maryland tobacco,burley tobacco,and is one of Hubei Province key planning areas to grow national strategic high quality tobaccos,and also the main ingredient supply base of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial Co.Ltd,Shanghai Tobacco Group Co.Ltd,China Tobacco Jiangxi Industrial LLC and etc.In this paper,we summarize the development situation of Yichang tobacco industry and elaborate its development advantages by comparing the climate and tobacco leaves quality with Zimbabwe's.Also we analyze influences on the healthy development of Yichang tobacco industry and propose the development countermeasure for the lean production of tobacco industry,including strengthen the construction of science and technology talent team,optimize the layout of tobacco industry,enhance the infrastructure construction,value scientific research innovation and improve techniques.
