全国中小学教师资格考试《综合素质(小学)》的命题特点及启示——基于2012年(下)-2017年(上)10套试题的分析

摘要
《综合素质(小学)》是全国中小学教师资格考试的重要组成部分,主要考核申请人是否具备从事教师职业所应具有的教育教学理念、教师职业道德、教育法律法规等基本文化素养和基本能力。其试卷命题具有考点稳定,题材灵活多变、重点突出,强化能力要求、综合性强,试题难度较大、注重实践,面向基础教育等特点。为适应《综合素质(小学)》考试的要求,申请者不仅要总结试题规律,理清试题脉络,还要关注教育实际,提高专业能力和实践能力,不断提升综合素质水平,为成为一名合格的小学教师奠定坚实的基础。
The Comprehensive Quality(Primary School) is an important part of the national primary school teacher qualification examination,which mainly examines whether applicants have the educational and teaching ideas,teachers' professional ethics,educational laws and regulations,basic cultural literacy and basic abilities. The test papers are characterized by stable test points,flexible themes,highlighting abilities,and comprehensiveness,high degree of difficulty in examination questions,attention to practice,and basic education. In order to adapt to the Comprehensive Quality(Primary School) exam requirements,applicants should not only summarize the regularity of the test questions,clarify the question context,but also pay attention to education practice,improve professional ability and practice ability,improve the overall quality level,so as to lay a solid foundation for becoming a qualified primary school teacher.
