摘要
针对纺织服装企业创新资源配置涉及多个投入和产出指标,各指标之间量纲不同的特点,选用数据包络分析(DEA)对国内20家知名纺织服装企业创新资源配置效率进行测量;分别按照地域、企业性质、企业规模与研发强度的不同对20家企业创新资源配置效率值进行差异化分析.结果表明,20家企业创新资源配置效率平均水平较高,但存在两级分化现象;同时,这些企业创新资源配置效率值在地域与研发强度方面存在明显差异.基于以上分析结果,给出相应的效率提升建议.
        The innovation resource allocation of textile and apparel enterprises involves multiple inputs and outputs,and the dimensions are different from each other.Firstly,data envelopment analysis(DEA)is used to measure the allocation efficiency of innovative resource of twenty well-known textile and apparel enterprises in China.Then,according to the different geographical,enterprise nature,the scale of the enterprise and the intensity of R & D,the differentiation of twenty enterprises innovation resource allocation efficiency value is analyzed.The results show that,as a whole,the average level of innovation resource allocation of twenty enterprises is relatively high,but there are two levels of differentiation.At the same time,these efficiency values are obviously different in terms of the enterprisee′regional distribution and their R & D intensity.Based on the above analysis,the corresponding efficiency improvement suggestions are given.
