摘要

在体育项目中,网球占据重要地位。当前,我国高校普遍开设网球教学课程,将网球教育作为体育教育的重要内容。快易网球具有较强的应用优势,且拓宽了高校网球教学的具体思路,对于改善网球教学效果,推广网球教育具有至关重要的意义。因此,有必要采取有效措施强化快易网球在高校网球教育中的实践应用。简述快易网球的概念,浅析快易网球的应用优势,探究快易网球在高校网球教育中的实践应用,以期为高校网球教育提供借鉴。
        Tennis plays an important part in sports, and college tennis teaching is widely offered nowadays in our country, because tennis education is regarded as an important part of physical education. Fast and easy tennis has strong application advantages, and has broadened the specific ideas of college tennis teaching, which is of vital significance for improving the effect of tennis teaching and for promoting tennis education.Therefore, it is necessary to take effective measures to strengthen the practical application of fast and easy tennis in college tennis education. This paper briefly introduces the concept of fast and easy tennis, analyzes its advantages, and probes into its practical application so as to provide reference for college tennis education.
