校企融合背景下的电子商务应用型人才培养体系构建初探

摘要
校企融合是应用型本科人才培养的主要举措,它是指以企业需求为导向,学校、企业、教师、学生各方面参与其中,保证人才培养目标的实现,进而完成校企深度融合的一种方式。本文基于校企融合背景下电子商务应用型人才培养问题为出发点,提出目前电子商务人才培养中存在的主要问题,并对电子商务应用型人才培养中校企合作模式进行深入探讨,提出相关建议。这些建议为校企融合背景下应用型专业人才培养提供针对性的解决方案,从而提高人才培养质量。
School-enterprise integration is the main measure to cultivate applied undergraduate talents. It refers to a way that takes the needs of enterprises as the guidance,and schools,enterprises,teachers and students participate in it to ensure the realization of the goal of talent cultivation,and then complete the deep integration of schools and enterprises. Based on the training of e-commerce applied talents under the background of school-enterprise integration,this paper puts forward the main problems existing in the training of e-commerce applied talents,and makes an in-depth discussion on the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in the training of e-commerce applied talents,and puts forward relevant suggestions. These suggestions provide targeted solutions for the training of applied professionals in the context of school-enterprise integration,so as to improve the quality of personnel training.
