摘要

高中阶段的学生,心理上承受着巨大的压力,而且都是青春叛逆期,无论是学习上、生活上都会面临着心理健康的问题。随着社会的发展,生活水平的提高,在多元化、复杂的生活环境中,高中生的心理健康教育指导问题越来越突出,文章根据当前高中的心理发展,从高中班主任来分析如何进行学生心理健康指导。
        Senior high school students are under tremendous psychological pressure,and they are all rebellious adolescents. They will face mental health problems both in study and in life. With the development of society and the improvement of living standards,the guidance of mental health education for senior high school students is becoming more and more prominent in a diversified and complex living environment. According to the current psychological development of senior high school,this paper analyses how to carry out mental health guidance for senior high school teachers.
