延续性护理对肺部肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨延续性护理对肺部肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我科2016年1月至2018年6月收住的肿瘤病人共329人作为研究对象,所有患者均在常规护理措施基础上给予延续性护理,对比患者护理前后生活质量评分及患者护理满意度。结果患者经护理后生活质量评分较护理前有明显改善,患者护理满意度有明显提高,对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理在肺部肿瘤患者中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度,提高了护理质量及患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore effect of continuous nursing on life quality of pulmonary tumor patients.Methods Choose 329 cases tumor patients admitted to our department from January 2016 to June 2018 as study objects.All patients were treated with continuing nursing on the basis of routine nursing measures. Compare life quality scores and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing. Results Life quality scores of patients after nursing was significantly better than before nursing, and nursing satisfaction degree of patients was significantly better, difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing has good application effect on pulmonary tumor patients, can improve life quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients effectively, improve nursing quality and life quality of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
